Essay

Expert and experimental studies were conducted to determine cogency of the basic factors of wear of curtain textile materials. It was fully estimated the quality of curtain textile materials of different fibrous composition, dyed in a tank with perspective brands of synthetic dyes of different concentration. The most optimal variants of materials use according to their lightproof were suggested on the basis of the conducted studies. New results were obtained concerning the kinetics of wear of curtain textile materials under the complex influence of different factors (sunlight and artificial light, washing and other). Basic regularities of simulated wear of the studied materials were analyzed under the mentioned conditions. It was grounded the reasonability of use of dirt-repellent and flame-resistant coating for the finishing of the studied materials. It was suggested the optimal receipts of the mentioned finishing and the quality of the results achieved was fully estimated. It was proved the reasonability and cost efficiency of the implementation of the results of studies into the manufacturing practice of the textile industry of Ukraine. It was determined that the implementation of the results of the represented studies into the practice of Kherson daughter enterprise Khimteks makes it possible to obtain considerable economic effect of dye lightproof enhancing due to use of more photostable brands of synthetic dyes for colouring of the studied materials. The economic effect amount makes 68.0-166.4 UAH per 1000 m of the fabric.
