Dissertation dedicate to study an actual question of paediatric surgery, that include decision a problem of development sterility, coherent with varicocele in the period of standing men's reproductive system.The results of surgical treatment 630 child with varicocele are presents. Clinical current varicocele depends of age, lengthy and degrease of disease using a lot of clinical and diagnostical criterion are research.Main haemodinamical violation in semen cord and testis, hormonal and immunity changes in child with varicocele are study. Find out that the smallest patient the most disturbance of testis development and functioning.Efficacy of use open and laparoscopy methods of surgical treatment for varicocele in child were analyzed, studied preference and defects of this methods too. As result, prove the necessary of individual approach to choice method and manner surgical treatment for child varicocele, work up indications to use it, determinate most optimal methods surgical correction for this pathological process. The efficacy of original method for remote results is shown. It's proved that tolerate using method Palomo-Yerokhin in paediatrician age.Find out main cause of development relapse child's varicocele.
