Dorovskiy V. Development of composition and technology of combined ointment for treatment festering-inflammatory skin diseases on the first phase of wounding process

First theoretical and experimentally have been grounded composition and rational technology of new medicinal preparation in ointment form, which contains an amikacin sulfate, benzalkonii chloride, nimesulid, lidocaine hydrochloride in quality of active matters. By the basis of this drug have been selected polyethylene oxides. Physical and chemical properties of ointment and stability in the process of storage have been first studied. Terms and shelf-life have been detected. In an experiment on laboratory animals biological harmlessness and specific activity of ointment with combined action was proven. The methods of qualitative and quantitative determination of active matters in preparation have been developed. Technology of production of the created ointment has been first developed and approbated in industrial terms. Projects of analytically normative documents and industrial technological regulation on medication have been developed.
