According to the scientific investigations results, the scientific approach for mild medicinal forms development for wounds treating, wounding process and infectious dermatitis with complicated fungi microflora has been grounded. Optimal ointments composition: "Dimekserom": xeroform - 5,0; dimeksid -5,0; PEO-base up to 100,0 and "Eksedim": econazol -1,0; xeroform -5,0; dimeksid - 5,0 and PEO - base up to 100,0 has been theoretically and experimentally grounded. Optimal technology and methods of ointments standardization with xeroform have been developed by the results of complex biopharmaceutical, physicochemical and biological investigations. Ointments stability investigations during their storing have been performed.Specific activity and safety of drugs have been proved according to the results of pharmacological investigations. Normative-technical documentation has been developed.
