Essay

Theoretical and practical questions are examined in the thesis, especially those connected with the defense of citizen's interests when execution of adjudication is taking place. Questions connected with procurator's authorities during implementation of representation of reprimander's interests in executive production and procurator's control on laws' maintaining and application by compulsory execution bodies, have been researched. Peculiarities of procurator's work organization in the area of execution of decisions have been examined. In the course of law implementation practice research, the ways of increasing effectiveness of procurator's work in executive production are highlighted. Proposals of refinement of Ukraine active legislation are formulated.
