Dissertation dedicate to realization systematical analyze of philosophy- historical and social - cultural aspects in forming world society on the cross of global process. In the research determine social and cultural essence of globalization phenomena as impartial factor of the development of society and essence of globalism as subjective factor - policy of rule countries in the world. These typescripts prove that globalization is the highest stage of integration of mankind. Also we can see the research peculiarities of changers under the influence of globalization processes in configuration of vectors "West - East", "North - South". The author in this work shows us different versions of globalization influence on social and cultural development of world society. Universalization of the world must lead to forming of determine sole standards but it can not destroy various of culture. It can be existing owing to increasing of education of population on the Earth and also owing to increasing the role of information about peculiarities of cultures in different nations.
