Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the complex clinico-experimental studing of structural bases of alternative and compensative-adaptive processes in hemo - lymphomicrocirculative river-bed and stroma of myocardium at chronic alcoholic intoxication. Theoretical generalization of structural changes of myocardium is resulted at experimental alcoholіzation with drinks of different durability and quality on organ, tissue, cellular and ultrastructural levels. It is set that chronic alcoholic intoxication is accompanied with the changes of myocardium on all of levels his structural organization. Found out irreversible and making progress changes at the level of microcirculative river-bed and in stroma of heart. Damage of heart at alcoholic cardiomyopathy is related not only with the destructive changes of cardiomyocities but also with the damage of his histohematic barrier.
