Nosova B. The mass media coverage of policy orientation of Ukraine in the context of the Euroatlantic integration

The thesis is devoted to research of media coverage of policy orientation of Ukraine in the context of the Euroatlantic integration. The importance of mass media influence on the society information demands, their influence on formation of the state policy, thus media effects are seen in the behavior of different social groups including attitude to the Euroatlantic choice of the state. For the first time in the national journalism the significant array of empirical material is analyzed, including forms and methods of journalistic work in light of NATO topic. The thesis focuses on studying and generalization of fundamentals of qualitative formation of media coverage of the issue of the Euroatlantic integration of Ukraine in the context of modern mass media effectiveness as well as from the position of social communications. It should be noted that research student while writing thesis work leaned both on theoretical scientific basis, and on own journalistic experience of newspaper and TV coverage of different aspects of the Euroatlantic integration of Ukraine.
