Object: local wars in 90th of XX c. Methods: analysis and synthesis, descriptive, problem-chronologic, generalization. Results: explored creation of untraditional facilities of the armed fight and by experience of their application during military operations in the area of the Persian bay and Yugoslavia; the features of application of the systems of spaces of reconnaissance-shocks and personal touches of opposing of facilities of air attack in these wars; main directions of development of facilities of the armed fight and basic factors which influenced on this process are exposed.
