Essay

The theoretical and experimental grounding of the composition and technology of new medicinal preparation obtaining on the base of liofilized bifidumbacterin ("Bifidumbacterin"), and its combination with inulin "Bifilin" and multisorb "Bifidosorb", coated by intestine-soluble shell, for disbiosis prevention and treatment. It has been stated that the proposed technologic parametres and the shell composition don't influence on vital avaliability of bifidumbacteria. The preparation stability during the storing have been proved. The standartization of tablet methods coated by intestinal-soluble shell has been proposed. Pharmacologic tests of the developed tablets have been carried out
