Essay

The dissertation deals with the growth of informal youth movement in Ukraine in the second half of 1980-2000. The dissertate worked with a lot of sources, used the achievements of her predecessors, studied the forms, aims and peculiarities of youth movement in Ukraine using new methods and ways of investigation. There were defined the changes of priorities in the activities of informal youth movements on the different stages of the struggle for Ukrainian independence. There are discovered the main peculiarities of growing of the local groups into mass social youth movements, explored the social structure of the members of youth democratical organizations on the different stages of their activities.
