Pavlichenko A. Psychological features of professional activity of civil guarders of Government guard service subsections at Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and ways of its improvement

Dissertation is devoted to the problem of the psychological providing of efficiency of professional activity of workers of civil guard of Ukraine. In her the represented results of complex study of professional activity civil guards ways and facilities of organization of their psychological preparation. The structurally-functional analysis of professional activity of specialists, experimental research of its terms and factors, is in-process carried out. By the inspection it is found out the criteria of professionally-important internalss of different categories of civil guards as bases of professional psychological selection and organization of their professional and personality growth. Considered results of experimental verification of the offered complex of measures on work with the personnel of civil guard, which includes at itself a skilled and professionally-psychological selection, exercises, professionally directed studies. The substantial improvement of indexes of professionally-important internalss and increase of efficiency of official duty performance is established.
