Essay

In dissertation experimentally and in theory there is a grounded new scientific information about intensity of growth and development of piglings depending on mass of body at birth, influence of exogenous immunoglobulin on physiology activity, viability, oxigen-transporting function of blood, correlation of populations of red corpuscles, peroxide oxidations of lipids that antioxidations defence in piglings with low mass of body at birth. Scientifically it is explained application of exogenous immunoglobulin for correction of indexes of exchange of albumens and lipids in piglings with low mass of body at birth. Researches set intercommunication between mass of body of new-born piglings, correlation of populations of red corpuscles in a blood, by activity at their antioxidations enzymes and indexes of exchange of lipids and albumens. It is besides set that introduction of exogenous immunoglobulin positively influences on the clinical state of piglings with low mass of body at birth, normalizes haematological indexes, to promotes growth of activity of the system of antioxidations defence, promotes maintenance of structural lipids in a blood. Introduction of immunoglobulin in a dose to 100 мг/кг daily 2-allowance piglings with living mass at birth 800-900 г and 1200-1250 г makes an economic effect 2,8 grn and 1,3 grn accordingly on 1 grn expenses. Determination of correlation of populations of red corpuscles recommends in the gradient of density of saccharose it follows to use as test of early diagnostics at raising of diagnosis of anemia or oxidations stress.
