Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to the investigation of political communication, its content, essence and peculiarities of display in forming civil society. On a basis of analysis of main conceptual approaches to the problem of political communication, the last one is defined as a socio-cultural phenomenon, poly-structural and complicated form of subject interaction. In this interaction the purposeful message transmission takes place, which is being formed from political symbols, inherent in certain environment, as well as back reaction, according to which a new message-form can develop to take-over, keep authority powers both inside political system and in the immediate society.
