Skytskyi V. Initial material creation for pea breeding promoted technological efficacy in the conditions of Ukraine Steppe

Subject: initial material of pea, differented by leaf morphotype with high technological qualities. Aim: an effectiveness of regional breeding guarantee for breeding of new hightechnological pea cultivars, by determination of different morphotypes cultivars models, determination of model cultivars with higher technologity parameters formation mechanisms and establishment of their reproduction. Methods: breeding, field, laboratory, statistical. Novelty: it is created mathematical based cultivars models, differented by morphotypes; it is determined regulations of economical characters of earlis hubrid populations formations. It is adducted the effectiveness of new breeding materials with higher technological properties creations. Results: it is determined optimal parameters of some model cultivars, which provide choosing and effective using in breeding of valuable initial materials with high productivity and resistance to damping. It is created and transferred to prove comparative 3 pea cultivars, from which Kombajnovany 1 and Stepovyk have been put to register of plant cultivars of Ukraine. Application stage: selected valuable breeding material are used in Luganskij Institute of Agricultural Industry reprodused and trensfered for storage in National Depository of NCPGRU. Application area: breeding establishments, AIC of Ukraine.
