Essay

Biological and immunogenic properties of epizootic strains of avian infectious bronchitis virus. Object of investigations - avian infectious bronchitis. Purpose of work - to define by the serological monitoring and virusological researches of chickens efficiency of vaccination of avian infectious bronchitis, indication and determination of biological and immunogenic properties of exciter. Methods of investigation - epizootological, clinical, pathologoanatomical, histological, serological, virological, microbiological, immunological, biochemical, molecular-genetic, statistical. Novelty - for the first time studied biological, physico-chemical and immunogenic properties of epizootic cultures of avian infectious bronchitis virus, which on the electrophorogramme of proteins, haemagglutination and influence on ciliary activity of chicken's trachea differ from vaccine strains, which used in Ukraine. Pathogenicity of isolates experimentally confirmed in a biotest on chickens, chicken embryos and by a ciliostatic test. Establishment mitotical regime (mitotical index, phases of mitosis and amount of pathological mitosises of cells) of Vero cells, infected the isolates of avian infectious bronchitis virus. Practical results - proposed the criteria of estimate of pathogenicity of epizootic strains avian infectious bronchitis virus, which generalized in methodical recommendation "Determination of ciliary activity of chickens trachea and mitotical regime Vero cells, infected strains of avian infectious bronchitis virus". Materials of dissertation are using in educational course of virology, epizootology and histology of faculty of veterinary medicine of the Lugansk National Agrarian University, Poltava State Agrarian Academy and Dnipropetrovs'k State Agrarian University. Sphere of use - veterinary medicine.
