Essay

Object of research - system of long storage industrial штаммов microorganisms. The purpose - improvement of system for cultivating, storages and parameters of the control industrial штаммов microorganisms. Methods of research: bacteriological, immunobiological, serological, patology- anatomic, statistical. Theoretical and practical results: for industrial and perspective passports of the new sample are developed for the industry strains. Manual on laboratory diagnostics of pasterellosis of animals and bird is made. The Microbiological medium for accumulation of bacteria of sort Listeria (the patent of Ukraine 29973) is developed. The Vaccine concentrated inaktivacion against salmonellesis of animals "Salmosan" (THAT At 46.15.374-99) is developed. Novelty: new data concerning ways of maintenance of microorganisms in a highly active condition are obtained. The nutrient medium is developed for accumulation of a biomass of listeria. Preservation of viability during 10 years freeze drying pasterellas andsalmonellas cultures is established. It is established expediency of use epizootic strains of salmonellas for manufacture veterinary immunobiological preparations. The degree of introduction: passports of the new sample for industrial and perspective for the industry strains are approved; " Manual on laboratory diagnostics of pasterellosis of animals and a bird "; " the Microbiological environment for accumulation of bacteria of sort Listeria " (the patent of Ukraine 29973). Industrial production of a vaccine "Salmosan" (THAT At 46.15.374-99) is adjusted in 1999. Sphere (area) of use: veterinary medicine.
