The formation and evolution of public organizations in Ukraine in the second half of 80th - the beginning of 90th of XX century, and also the analysis of their programs and statute documents are the subject matters of the dissertation. The origins of foundation and the ways of self-organization of the Ukrainian public organizations in the second part of 80th years of XX century are revealed in the present work. Their main activities are linguistically-cultural, political, as well as the work directed on the renewal of the historical memory, on keeping of the territorial integrity, and on the reestablishment of the Ukrainian national churches are analyzed on the basis of their programs and statute documents. Thevolutionary way of the public organizations up to a transformation into the political parties is shown, the reasons of these processes are revealed in details . Laws of occurrence of the organizations during the Reconstruction and loss of their positions in the society in an initial period of independence are discovered.
