Makarenko T. Ukrainian Central Rada Policy on National Minorities (March 1917 - Apryl 1918)

This thesis upon the complex research of Ukrainian Central Rada policy on national minorities. Having studied a wide range of sources a number of factors that had an influence on national policy formation have been determined. Special attention has been paid to analyzing of national requirements of political parties -Ukrainian, Polish, Jewish, and to influence of these requirements on forming of ideology and theoretic policy principles on national minorities; the policy peculiarities in accordance with the changes of historic events. The complex of problems which are connected with proportional representation of national minorities in Central Rada and government has been determined. The thesis says that taking into account of ethnic factor, national minorities' interests was the important part of Central Rada policy during Ukrainian revolution.
