In the scientific work the results of influence of cryogenic pancreatitis on development of changes in the duodenum wall and methods of correction of revealed disorders. At experimental cryogenic pancreatitis destructive changes in the duodenum wall were revealed, more evident on the 7th day of supervision. Considerable disorders of the structure of columnar epithelial cells with edging composed of epithelial plates of mucous tunic, which certifies about disorder of the process of membrane side digestion and absorption. Use of sorbent HSHD and antioxidative vitamin complex Lovolin Forte assisted recovery of structural components the duodenum wall, activization of regeneration processes in it, which is confirmed with dynamics of changes of mitotic index. The correction method stimulates normalization of immunological reactivity of the organism of experimental animals, biochemical blood parameters.
