Dissertation is a special complex research dedicated to economic institution development of foreign colonies of the South Azov Sea territory during the second half of the XVIII-th. – at the beginning of the-th. centuries. This work was done with the help of numerous archival documents From 8 archival establishments of Ukraine and Russian Federation. The reasons, peculiarities and consequences of migration processes that prearranged development of Greek, German, Menonite and Jewish communities in the South Azov Sea territory during the last quarter of the XVIII-th.-XIX-th centuries; there also was reconstructed an economic institution of foreign colonists bearing in mind evolutional changes and peculiarities; their place in regional development was also defined.
