Kasyanova M. Mining-rescuing service in Donbas mining area (the end of the XIX-th.c. – the beginning of the XX-th.c.).

Dissertation is dedicated to the problems of foundation, development and peculiarities in mining-rescuing service on the territory of Donetsk region during the XIX-th. – at the beginning of the XX-th.c. The preconditions of mining-rescuing service in Donetsk coal-mining basin are defined in the dissertation. Integral picture of safety devices development and statistics of accidents in coal-mining industry is produced. Main stages of foundation and organization of mining-rescuing service on the territory of Donetsk region in the end of the XIX-th.c. at the beginning of the XX-th.c. is viewed. The state of material – technical supplying of the branch and changes that took place in mining-rescuing service in Donbas coal basin are defined. Personnel staff of mining-rescuing service in Donbas coal basin is also viewed in the work alongside with studying of the role of mining-rescuing servicemen in liquidation of consequences that took place during accidents at Donbas mines. Scientific and investigating workof mining-rescuing stations is enlightened.
