Putrenko V. Resource saving in the social-territorial complex of the Kharkov region

Human-geographical bases of research of regional process of resource saving in-process are studied. The place of resource saving in the system nature management and its value for sustainable development of country is certain. Approaches are developed to classification of process of resource saving, the factors of external and internal influence are exposed on the process of resource saving. Stages and method of human-geographical research of process of resource saving are developed. Naturally-resource potential of the Kharkov region is studied, potential of technogenic raw material, perspective territory for placing of productions on recycling, efficiency of handling the secondary resources, volume, structure and territorial distinctions in consumption of natural resources are certain. The level of economic efficiency the uses of natural resources, potential and efficiency of regional resource saving is set. Typification and division into districts of territory of the Kharkov region is executed on theindexes of efficiency of the use of natural resources. Conception of regional policy of resource saving and regional GIS-resource saving is formulated. Basic directions of resource saving are selected in the Kharkov region taking into account the territorial distributing of potential of resource saving. The analysis of perspective of forming of resource saving model of in the Kharkov region management is given.
