Gandzyuk V. Podillya periodicals of the period of national liberation competitions (1917-1920) in settlement of state ideas

A complex research of the Podillya periodicals in the period of national liberation competitions is accomplished in the thesis, general aspects of formation, development and conditions of periodicals' functioning 1917-1920 are observed. We have estimated the general number of Podillya periodicals that appeared during 1917-1920 and enlightened important political, social-economic and cultural problems of that time. For the first time we have classified Podillya periodicals of liberation competitions times according to typologically created characteristics, belonging to political parties, authorities of the government, public, military, cooperative and enlightening organizations, etc. unknown or little known materials have been added to the scientific circulation, which allow us to comprehend in a new way historic facts that were concealed or disfigured.
