Essay

This thesis analyses the peculiarities of political publicism of post-communism period and the way and quality of political publicism's influence on the personal world outlook orientations (in Ukraine, Russia and Belarus as examples). The influence of political publicism on the (in)ability of these three countries' societies to perceive the values of democracy is also investigated. The author conducted comparative analysis of publication materials of Ukrainian, Russian and Belarusian political publicism as factors of sociocultural transformation. It is emphasised that the influence of political publicism on the changes in the world outlook orientations doesn't display any deterministic characteristics. The concrete strategies of post-communist societies' adaptation to the modern world and the development models of national media space in three countries, as offered by leading political publicists, are also demonstrated. In this work the requirements to modern political publicism are formulated and newopportunities of overcoming the world outlook barriers in the process of qualitatively new inter-societal communication within all three countries are proposed.
