Tsybanyuk O. The Management of Physical Training of Sсhoolchildrens in Bukovina (second half of the 19th - first half of the 20th century).

The thesis aims to analyse the problem of physical training management of Sсhoolchildrens in Bukovina at the end of 19th - beginning of the 20th century. For the fist time in the historical - pedagogical science, the structure of physical training management was analyzed, the chronological stages of physical training input into the educational system of Bukovina were determinated, the effective ideas and management solutions of physical training of that time, which could be used nowadas, were emphasized. Besides, new historical - pedagogical facts were obtained, such as the forming of central department of physical training of school children in Bukovina and the branch of Austian Olympic Committee in Bukovina and as well as the forming of Bukovinian Union of Gymnistics Teachers etc.In this work the management is considered as the process of planning, organization, motivation and control of organizing resources. In the period under analyses, the fallowing components were often used by the management ofphysical training of sсhoolchildrens in Bukovina. On the basis of archival and other scientific recourses it was determined that the system of physical training is a difficult system, which is characterized by integrality and it was shown that the input of physical training into the system of education in Bukovina (19th-20th centuries) was a special organizational process, for the object of management was a new school subject.
