3. Object of research - pathology of the mineral exchange beside hens-layer. The purpose of research - experimental features of diagnostics and preventive maintenances break-thread phosphoric-calcium and D-vitamine exchange in laying hens. Methods of research: clinical, biochemical (general, ultrafiltral ionic, neutral and protein-connected calcium, not-organic phosphorus, the general magnesium, activity of the general alkaline phosphatase and her bone and intestine izoenzymes, ELISA (25-hydroholecalciferol, estradiol, progesteron, calcitonin, T3, T4), histology (bone tissue). Scientific novelty of work: for the first time in Ukraine is studied speaker of the factious composition calcium 25ОНD3, estradiol, progesteron and перераспреде-pouring to activities of the alkaline phosphatase in whey shelters hens-layer on length of the productive period. Experimentaly motivated complex diagnostic criteria and efficiency profilactic schemes with Gidrovit and Rovimix D3-500.
