Essay

Object - platform supply vessels (PSVs). The purpose - to develop the designing process of PSVs on the basis of creation of principle new method of determination of their principal dimensions for the initial stages of designing. Methods - the apparatus of the theory continuous marcovian random process and simulation modeling. For the extremum seeking of efficiency index of PSV the methods of the nonlinear programming are applied, while the set of constraints of hill-climbing problem has been built by the external penalty function method. Theoretical generalization and new decision of problems of functioning and designing of PSV is received. The new mathematical model of PSV, algorithm and program of decision of optimization problems of determination of his principal dimensions is developed.
