Object of research: features of a morphgenesis of endocrine organs under influence of the various exogenous factors.The purpose of research - To reveal features of a constitution of a thyroid gland крыс at influence of a chronic hyperthermia, and also at influence of a chronic hyperthermia in a combination to an exercise stress and нивелирование of negative influence of a hyperthermia with the help of the chosen proof-reader (Inosinum). Methods of research: organometry, light microscopy, histometry, electron microscopy, immuno-ferment analysis. statistic analysis First on large experimental material the morfofunctional changes of thyroid of rats of adult age are exposed at affecting their organism of chronic hyperthermia of different degree of expressed. It is set that under influencing of chronic hyperthermia in a thyroid there are morfofunctional changes at all levels of structural organization. It is exposed, that chronic hyperthermia in combination with the physical loading causes most expressed changes in a structure and function of thyroid. The electron-microscopic changes of thyroid are first described at all studied types of influence. Expedience of the use of inozin is proved with the purpose of levellin of the negative influencing of chronic hyperthermia on a thyroid. Statistical authenticity of terms of experiment is certain, and also dependences of correlations are set between the explored parameters. Branch of usage: Medicine, anatomy.
