The investigation object: laws of changes of regional features of a constitution microcirculatory bed of a skin caused by introduction of Pyrogenalum. The investigation goal: to establish regional features of a constitution microcirculatory bed of a skin, frame of a skin and change of parameters of these frames at a hyperthermia caused by introduction of Pyrogenalum. Methods of research: preparing, topographical sections of a skin; histological methods; standard methods of biometric, correlation analysis’s. The theoretical and practical importance of the received results: the received results allow to deepen and to add the existing data on influence of high temperature on an organism, can be used at a substantiation of the mechanism of acclimatization of a skin, its pots and organism as a whole to action of a hyperthermia. The model of a hyperthermia can be used in other researches of influence of high temperature on pathological processes and tumours of various localization. The received results allowto expand a range of use of Pyrogenalum in medical practice, realization доклинического of test of this preparation. The scientific novelty of the investigation results: regional features of a constitution of a skin that it microcirculatory bed For the first time are investigated. Dynamics of changes of veins, including pots microcirculatory bed of a rat skin is certain at action of Pyrogenalum. The degree of implementation: the results are introduced into educational process on faculties of anatomy of medical universities: ZSMU, I-FSMU, BSMU, TSMU, LSMU, VNMU, DNMU, CrimeanSMU.
