The investigation object:: age laws of a morphgenesis of an intestine in an ontogenesis of the man.The investigation goal: to reveal features and laws of development, becoming of topography and blood supply of an iliocecal department of an intestine of the man during an ontogenesis. Methods of research: morphological, ultrasonic, endoscopic, anthropometric, statistical processing of figures. The theoretical and practical importance of the received results: Are compared topography and constitution of an iliocecal department of an intestine of the man on the data of morphological and clinical research. The concerning becomings of topography of iliocecal department of an intestine, terms differentiation of its wall, intestine as a whole are specified given. The analysis формообразования and liquidation of a physiological hernia of a forward abdominal wall is carried out. The correlations between somatotipe and features of topography of an iliocecal department of an intestine are determined, some dimensionsof a body and intestine are compared. The data on a constitution of departments of an intestine and its wall are complemented during an ontogenesis. Age dynamics of development and becoming of iliocecal department of an intestine on an extent prenatal and postnatal of an ontogenesis is determined. The scientific novelty of the investigation results: For the first time studied dynamics formation of an iliocecal department of an intestine and its parameters during an ontogenesis of the man. The dependence of topography of an iliocecal department of an intestine from somatotype is determined. The anatomic-clinical parallels of development of this department of an intestine and dynamics of parameters fixed during an ontogenesis of the man. The degree of implementation: the results are introduced into educational process on faculties of anatomy of medical universities: ZSMU, I-FSMU, BSMU, TSMU, LSMU, VNMU, DNMU, CrimeanSMU; and also in practice of surgical department of the specialized medicosanitary clinic №6 thatof a children's hospital № 2 of Dnepropetrovsk. Branch of usage: medicine, human anatomy, surgery
