Rachko Y. Diagnosis and treatment of the lung contusion lesions in patients wich chronic obstructive lung disease

Research subjects: lesions of lung contusions to a combination to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). The aim of the investigation: increase of efficiency of diagnostics and treatment lung contusions of patients with COPD. Methods: clinical, functional, laboratory-biochemical, immunological, beam, bacteriological, statistic. Theoretical and practical results: During research the important data for the practice, concerning diagnostic value of roentgenography, a computer axial tomography, ultrasonic - researches, fibrobronchoscopy, spirometry, thoracoscopy is obtained at a contusion of lungs, its various complications, and also at COPD. Features system and local immunological reactance depending on presence or absence contusions damages of lungs at patients with COPD are established. Inclusion influence in medical complex N-acetylcysteine and modern methods of physiotherapy on frequency of complications and duration of aggravation COPD is found out. Novelty: Features of diagnostics and treatment of patients for the first time are presented to dissertations with lung contusions in combination with COPD on the basis of a complex estimation of a clinical current of various variants of the given pathology, frustration of ventilation, character of bronchial obstruction, pulmonary haemodynamics, and also infringements system and local immunological to reactance. The diagnostic algorithm with allocation of severity levels of a contusion of lungs, presence and duration of an accompanying pathology, expressiveness of a painful syndrome, and indicators of function of external breath is created. Are developed new pathogenetical well-founded therapeutic programs with combined use pharmaceutical, in particular N- acetylcysteine, and modern physical methods of treatment.
