Essay

The analyses of diagnosis and treatment in 115 traumatic spleen damage cases in children have been perfomed. The group of signs describing traumatic spleen injury heaveness degree have been maked it plain and specified. Organ-safe and organ-replace surgical interventions efficiency are proved if spleen have been injured. Proposed methods of treatment clinical efficiency were estimated. High efficiency of this program was proved by positive results in 97.3% cases among treated patients. Field - medicine.
