Kostenko V. The formation of the professional competence of the junior commanding staff in the criminal-executive establishments

Thesis is devoted to the problem concerning the formation of the professional competence of the junior commanding staff in the criminal-executive establishments (read JCS in CEE). The peculiarities and the specific character of the junior commanding staff professional activity in CEE have been examined; the concept and the essence of the professional competence of the junior commanding staff in CEE have been substantiated. Its structure, which foresees the presence of such components as motivational, content, subjective and practical, reflexive and personality components, has been developed. The problems of forming professional competence of junior commanding staff in CEE have been clarified. The criteria, indices and the level of the formed professional competence of the junior commanding inspector of JCS in CEE within the process of the professional training have been revealed; the complex of educational conditions, which facilitate the formation efficiency increase concerning the professional competence of the future supervision and security specialists in CEE has been determined; the model of forming professional competence of the future supervision and security specialists in CEE has been worked out and tested experimentally.
