Kovalchuk I. Organizational & jural problems of consideration of natural & juridical persons' recourse to the public prosecutor's office.

The dissertation is dedicated to the research of theoretical and practical problems of consideration and judgement of recourse to the public prosecutor's office and also to some questions on public prosecutor's oversight of keeping the recourse within law. Changes and additions to legal texts that regulate the processes mentioned are brought forward. Directions of organization and basis of work with recourse to the public prosecutor's office are defined, effective order of the recourse consideration and judgement are analyzed, improvements are suggested. Particular attention is paid to the analytical work in the area determined. On the basis of different level prosecutor's offices analytical documents studied, attention is paid to the typical faults of the activity and proper suggestions on its organization and methods are given. Recommendations on oversight methods of keeping recourse to the authority bodies, institutions and organizations within law and on the prosecutor's reaction to the breaches detected are laid down. Suggestions on attributing administrative responsibility for breaching the legislation for recourse are formulated."
