Object - the process of professionally-pedagogical training of future nursery schools teachers in higher educational establishments; Aim - to ground theoretically, work out and test experimentally the technology of professional competence formation of future nursery schools teachers on the basis of acmeological approach to increase the quality of their training in higher educational establishments; methods - theoretical, empirical, prognostic; novelty - theoretically grounded acmeological bases for achievement of higher professional competence level of future nursery schools teachers in the process of professional training in higher educational establishments, constituent parts of nursery schools teachers professional competence on the ground of acmeological approach; experimentally tested technology of their formation; results - prepared and adopted in educational process of a higher educational establishment the special course "The formation of professional competence in the process of acmeological planning", methodological recommendations are prepared for nursery teachers to adopt acmeological planning in different kinds of teaching and educational activity of preschoolers.
