Dissertation work is dedicated to the vital problem of an increase in the effectiveness in the filter construction work by the search for the op-timum parameters such as: the duration of filter run and washing. The recommendations regarding the selection of filter run duration for the filter constructions working in the regime of the productivity descending on the time are scientifically substantiated. The algorithms of operational and long-term control of the filter work are developed. The search for controlling influences by means of the mathematical models of the filter work is established to reduce the number of successive approximations. The mathematical models, which make it possible to reflect the interrela-tion of the selected controlling influences and the basic technological parameters of filter constructions, are developed. The different methods of mathematical model realization are considered. The numerical method with the use of step-by-step calculation is selected for the realiza-tion ofthis model. The algorithm of the calculation of mathematical model is developed, the step of calculation, which ensures the satisfac-tory accuracy of calculation, is selected. The program of the determina-tion of economic effectiveness with the use of a procedure NDI (Net Discount Income) is developed. The results of the experimental imple-mentation of the developed algorithm are represented.
