Essay

The aim - to investigate the role of each sites of glutamate receptors NMDA-type in regulation gastric acid secretion. The investigations were carried out on rats in acute experiments by method of perfusion of isolated stomach by Ghosh and Shild. It was established that no one sites of glutamate NMDA-receptors influence on basal and stimulated by histamine gastric acid secretion. Only central glutamate receptors NMDA-type are invilved in regulation gastric acid secretion stimulated by carbachol, pentagastrin, insulin and 2-deoxy-D-glucose.
