Object of research: Physiological and biochemical processes in coworganism on the condition of fastened and unfastened systems of keeping and fattening of fodder addition, received after the cultivation Pleurotus ostreatus and also in calves organism, which were received, biological value of colostrum and milk. Purpose of research: To determine the influence of feeding with mycelium Pleurotus ostreatus to cows, by fastened and unfastened systems of keeping, on physiological and biochemical processes, repro-ductive ability, milk productivity, biological value of colostrum and milk, resistance and vitality of calves. Methods of research: Physiological, biochemical, chemical, obstetrical and gynaecological, zootechnical and hygienical. Scientifical novelty: It was investigated the influence of feeding with fodder addition to dry-stable cows, by the different systems of keeping, on their physiological status, and also on physiological, biochemical and immunological indices of blood of their newborn calves.It was gotten new facts of the influence of myforage on the course of generie processes and the renewal of reproductive functions, the level of milk productivity and the indices of milk guality. It was determined the biological value of cows colostum, which were fed with fodder addition of mycelium Pleurotus ostreatus on the deffirent systems of keeping and was shown its influence on calves resistance at the beginning of postwatal ontogenesis. Positive action of myforage on growth energy of calves of milk period was found out. Level of introduction: Methodical recommendations which consist of using mycelium Pleurotus ostreatus to rise the resistance of calves organism, to improve the course of generic process, the reproductive ability of cows, their milk productivity and milk guality were published (Approved and recommendations management of veterinary medicine in Lviv region, official act №8 for the 10-th of june 2008). The way to increase milk productivity of cows and calves keeping were patented. The materials of the thesis are used in educational process at the department of animals physiology and bees breeding and also animals hygiene of veterinary medicine and biotechnologies named after S.Z.Gzhytskyj and at the department of internal diseases and hygiene of animals of Podilsk state agro-technical university. Proposed: With the purpose of rising milk productivity, reproductive, ability, biological value of colostrum and milk of cows, an increasing of growth energy and natural resistance of calves organism during the first period of postnatal development in cows feeding, in was used the substrate with mycelium Pleurotus ostreatus of ordinary, in guantity no less than 30 per cent from the mass of ration farage. Better sesults are received during feding with myfodder by unfastened system of keeping.
