Kucherenko N. Elaboration of compose and technology of the hypolipidaemic remedy of Oyster mushroom

For the first time the technological and physical-chemical parameters of raw materials of Oyster mushroom have been investigated; conditions of its drying and growing have been selected; the optimum solvent, ratio of solid and liquid phases with time of its contact for extraction, conditions of extract cleaning by means of precipitation by solvent have been picked out. A new substance - water-soluble protein polysaccharide complex (WSPPC) - has been obtained. Based on the results of physical-chemical, technological and microbiological researches the optimum composition has been developed and the rational formulation of syrup with WSPPC has been proved. The drug and working substance parameters and methods for determination have been suggested. The syrup properties have been studied. A hypolipidaemic activity of the drug and substance has been determined. A syrup with WSPPC exceeds the activity both of the substance and the reference-drug (by the same parameters).
