Essay

The research object is a process of "driver - car - road - surroundings" (DCRS) system operating at estimation of the road situation distance visibility during the nighttime. The article of research is a complex action of road objects distance visibility during the nighttime subject to provision for quantitative and qualitative parameters which acts in DCRS system. The analytical (the theory of the fuzzy sets and integral calculus) and experimental (the measurement of the physical values and road experiments) methods of studies are used. Scientific novelty - for the first time is complex taken into account new interconnection of quantitative and qualitative influence factors of the DCRS system on road objects distance visibility at the light of automobile headlights during the traffic accidents expertise, which happened at the nighttime at input data inexactnesses and uncertainties conditions that has allowed to improve the methods of road objects distance visibility estimation. Practical importance: offered methods enables to estimate the road objects distance visibility on the grounds of traffic accidents protocols; use work result raises the expertise quality of traffic accidents at the expense of reduction to subjectivity decision making by expert. They can be used at development of the new methods for traffic expertise. Performances of this thesis are introduced in research expert - criminality's law centre under UMVS of Ukraine in the area of Vinnitsa. The sphere of use: in expert law departments of MVS, in organization, which concern with the study of illumination systems.
