Efremov A. Improved technology of galvanizing plant wastewater treatment

D. thesis is devoted to the decision of issue of the day of the local treatment of wastewater of electroplating shops from the ions of heavy metals to the normative requirements of upcast in sewerage network and water objects. On the basis of analysis of existent technologies of treat-ment of galvanic wastewaters a expediency of perfection of existent reagent method is shown. It is accepted to carry out the reagent treatment of wastewater with the use of mortargrout and green vitriol with the simultaneous returning of sludge which appeared in the process of treat-ment, to the area of reaction, that to apply recirculation of sludge. The improved construction of plant is developed. The parameters of work of the offered improved technology of treatment are got. Physical and chemical properties of sludge, which are fixed in basis of method of improvement of properties of galvanic sludge and increase of efficiency of treatment of wastewaters of electroplating shops, are exposed. The process flowsheets of treatment of wastewaters of elec-troplating shops are developed with the use of recirculation of sludge, allowing to reconstruct existent local treatment plants and carry out planning and building of new ones. The D. thesis results are incul-cated on the public enterprise "Kharkov electromechanics fac-tory" (PE "KHEMF") of Kharkov-city.
