Paramosh O. Optimization of the medicinal providing of patients with psychical disorders

Object - information about medicines, for treatment of mental patients, the theoretical assortment of medicines; expert forms made by psychiatrists; the reference books about profile medicines; prescriptions; the indexes of individual consumptions of profile medicines; relevante publications of journals; the Internet-sites; is chemist's shops which supply mental hospitals and clinics; purpose optimization of medicinal supplying of mental patients on the basis of marketing, pharmacoeconomical analysis of medicines by separated pharmacotherapeutic groups, computer-based monitoring of it individual consumption, elaboration of database of informational providing of pharmaceutical care; methods are system analysis, statistical, of information science, including elaboration of computer databases, modeling, method of expert appraisals, method of pharmacoeconomical analysis "cost-effectiveness" and "cost-minimization"; novelty - rules of dynamics of theoretical assortment of medicines for treatment of mentalpatients over a period of time 50 years; there was completed expert appraisal of practical assortment of 41 medicines which based on indexes of effectiveness and safety; there was developed, proved and modeled computer information system "Medicines to treatment of mental patients" by the example of 12 medicines with including of it in structure of analysis blocks of monitoring of realization of medicines, individual consumption, results of pharmacoeconomical analysis of atypical antipsychotic medicines of generation II (olanzapine and risperidone); results - there was proved structure and developed information providing for computer information system "Medicines to treatment of mental patients", there was developed methodical recommendation about providing pharmaceutical care of mental patients at issuing profile medicines in chemist's shops.
