Serdyuk N. Formation of the future teacher’s management skills at the out-of-study activity

The dissertation is a theoretical experimental investigation of the problem of formation of the future teacher’s management skills at the out-of-study activity. The state of formation of the future teacher’s management skills at the out-of-study activity is analyzed in the dissertation. The substance of notions “management skills”, “formation of the management skills” and “the system of the out-of-study activity at higher pedagogical educational establishments”, is found out and made more exact. The structure of the future teacher’s management skills is considered in it. The criteria and levels of formation of the future teacher’s management skills are elaborated and defined. On this basic the substance and technology of the formation of the future teacher’s management skills at the out-of-study activity are found out, motivated and tested experimentally. It’s proved that the formation of the management skills level of a future teacher rises in such conditions as: a renewal of study courses, pedagogical reasonable selection of the forms, methods and means of the out-of-study activity, an inculcation of the projected technology of the formation of the future teacher’s management skills at the out-of-study activity and methodical providing of this process. The main results of the investigation are inculcated to the process of study and bringing-up at the higher pedagogical educational establishments.
