The analysis of views on the phenomena of self-realization and problem of forming of teachers' preparedness to creative self-realization is offered in the thesis. The definitions of concepts "foreign language teachers' creative self-realization in professional sphere" and "teachers' preparedness to creative self-realization" are specified. The structural peculiarities of the preparedness in the context of Foreign Language teachers' profession have been singled out. The criteria and indices of teachers' preparedness to creative self-realization in their professional sphere have been established. There have been created and theoretically substantiated the model of forming of teachers' preparedness to creative self-realization in their professional sphere and psychologically-pedagogical conditions in the system of postgraduate teachers' training The diagnostics of preparedness and the technology of its forming are defined and introduced on different levels of the system of postgraduate teachers' training: on the courses of raising the level of teachers' skills, district methodological associations and in the process of teachers' self-development
