Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of the intellectual development of a child in Germany. According to the purpose of our research work such tasks are implemented as: the evolution of the scientific approaches to pedagogical principles of mental education in their historical development: the organization of the process of mental development of a child in the system of preschool education in modern Germany is analysed; the content, the leading ideas, the basic methods and means of the intellectual development of a child in the system of German preschool education are examined; the specific features of the differentiation and individualization of the intellectual development of a child are determined; the possibility of introduction of the main pedagogical means of the intellectual development of a child in German preschool into practice of modern preschool education in Ukrain is mentioned.
