Kharsika S. Surgical treatment of congenital anomalies of the thumb in children.

Dissertational work is devoted to questions of surgical treatment of congenital developmental anomalies of the first finger of a hand at children. On the basis of a clinical material the differentiated indications to reconstructive surgery are offered at congenital developmental anomalies of the first finger at children. Research of anatomic and functional potential musculоtendinous and osteoarticular components of the struck brushes thanking sonography to a method, has allowed to prognosticate the remote results of treatment. For the first time the choice of an optimum way of surgical treatment is proved depending on a class, gravity of developmental anomaly of a hand and age of the patient. New ways of restoration of opposition capture of a hand are proved and developed. On the basis of studying the remote results of different ways of surgical treatment, criteria of an estimation of the remote results of treatment for the first time are developed. Possible mistakes and complications are analyzed. Thedeveloped and introduced ways of treatment have helped to raise quantity of positive takes, to avoid negative consequences and repeated surgical interventions.
