Chugaevskaya L. Establishment and Operation of Ukrainian Student Organizations in Exile (1920-1939 years).

The dissertation explore the creation and activities of Ukrainian student organizations in exile (1920-1939 years). The presented work is a comprehensive study of cultural and educational, social and political activities of Ukrainian student organizations in exile. It done on the basis of a wide range of sources, mainly archival material, much of which is introduced for the first time in the scientific revolution.The work examined conditions for the creation of higher educational institutions for the Ukrainian youth, who were facing exile. The paper analyzes the prerequisites of a Ukrainian student organizations in exile. The study highlights the steps and specifics of the institutional development of student associations, and ways to attract most of the Ukrainian immigrant students to the organization. To achieve power, they are, wherever possible, have opened branches in European countries.
