Essay

The dissertation is devoted to use of quantitative approaches in genotoxicology, based on concept a dose-response and use of modelling for an estimation of results. Efficiency of use of an integrated complex cytogenetics criteria for an estimation of the chromosomal instability induced chemical mutagens that can be necessary in a basis of a quantitative estimation of risks, development of methodical approaches which are beyond simplified "yes/no" definition genetic toxicity is shown. Investigated cytogenetic effects of chemical mutagens: dioxidin, thiotepa, mitomycin C in the Allium-test. Interrelations between parameters of toxicity and processes induced mutagenesis by researched substances in the Allium-test are established. Formal and theoretical models which adequately describe doze dependences cytogenetic actions of investigated mutagens are certain. It is shown, that at action chemical mutagens existence of two subpopulations aberrants cells is possible, distribution of aberrations in which is caused by different processes (which are described Poisson and geometrical by distributions). Dynamics of change of a parity of these subpopulations depending on concentration of mutagen and terms of fixing is analysed.
