The thesis is devoted to the study of the human upper respiratory ducts structure during the fetus period of the ontogenesis – 22-40 weeks of the neonatal development; to the determination of its sizes, somatic-and-visceral correlations, topographic-and-anatomic substantiation of the ways of permeability ensuring. The author was the first one to determine the sizes of the external nose. The dichotomy split of the nose tip and anfractuous character of respiratory ducts caused by vestibule of nose were also described for the first time. The author describes the bulge of an angle between the upper and lower sides of middle turbinate. The author estimates the dynamics of gap’s sizes and shape and respiratory ducts’ length.
